  Main Researcher 
     Dr. Silvia Gómez Jiménez, her area of expertise includes the physiological and biochemical bases of marine invertebrates of commercial and ecological importance as regards their response to environmental stressors. Additionally, she is developing a data base of high-resolution underwater images of fish and invertebrates of the Gulf of California for the in situ  characterization and evaluation of habitats. 
  Academic Technician  
   Ingrid Rebeca Ezquerra Brauer, received her bachelor degree in food science from the University of Sonora . She has been working for CIAD, AC since 1992. 
  Asociated Researcher 
   Maria de Jesus Georgina Hernández Watanabe, received her bachelor degree in food science from the University of Sonora and her MSc from CIAD, AC. She is staff of CIAD, AC since 1981.
